As part of our global expansion and rapid growth, we are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our leadership team and take full ownership of our marketing strategy.

As Director of Marketing, you will lead QEDMA’s global marketing efforts with a strong focus on B2B strategy in the deep tech and quantum computing domains. You’ll work closely with the CEO and collaborate with sales, science, and business development teams to shape and execute our go-to-market approach.

• Lead all marketing domains: branding, content, digital, communications, PR, and events.
• Build QEDMA’s global marketing presence targeting partners and strategic clients.
• Create technical and strategic content (whitepapers, decks, case studies) with the R&D teams.
• Manage paid campaigns and SEO/SEM initiatives with external vendors.
• Oversee the company’s presence at international conferences and trade shows.
• Develop marketing partnerships with key players in the ecosystem.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing – preferably in Deep Tech / AI / Cloud / HPC domains.
• Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies from the ground up.
• Excellent written and spoken English – required.
• Strong ability to translate complex scientific/technical ideas into clear marketing messages.
• High-level writing skills, especially for technical content.
• Experience managing PR, media, digital, and content vendors.
• Experience working with academic or scientific audiences.
• A degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science – a strong advantage.
