Engage and assist retail clients with platform usage and market-related inquiries
Support user onboarding, activation, and retention
Provide product and trading knowledge with clarity and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently
This is an inbound-focused role centered on assisting users and maintaining engagement — no cold sales or aggressive targets
Solid knowledge of financial markets
