We seek an analytically driven and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be a critical partner to our C-level executives and revenue-focused leaders, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and drive actionable insights that enhance the customer journey and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regular, data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Build and maintain forecasting models and KPI dashboards
- Analyze pipeline, churn, and customer behavior to support growth strategies
- Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing leaders to align on goals and initiatives
- Recommend operational improvements and revenue opportunities
- Improve processes across sales and customer success functions
- Ensure data consistency across systems and tools
- Support performance tracking, funnel management, and reporting
- Monitor revenue targets and identify performance gaps
- Contribute to incentive planning and customer journey optimization
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Excel).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to share data-driven insights effectively.
