We’re seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven solutions that support our organization’s strategic goals. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams to turn complex data insights into impactful tools that improve decision-making and operations. Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy:
Develop and drive a clear product vision for our data platform that aligns with company objectives and supports the diverse needs of teams across the organization, delivering scalable solutions and measurable impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams to design and build products that leverage big data and machine learning, tackling complex challenges and improving operational efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and informed by real-time data insights.
- Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from initial discovery to launch—managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Performance Optimization:
Track and evaluate product performance using key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
- User Engagement:
Engage with internal end users to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, addressing challenges, and celebrating achievements throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Technical Background:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical role: Full-Stack Developer / Front-End Developer / Data Engineer.
- Product Management Experience:
At least 3 years of proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception through execution.
- Methodological Rigor:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to a data-driven approach in product management and decision-making.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on expertise in big data and cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) or large-scale systems is preferred.
- Industry Experience:
Experience with AdTech platforms or Real-Time Bidding (RTB) systems is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Data & Machine Learning:
Strong understanding of data pipelines, visualization tools, and machine learning models, with the ability to apply these to address complex operational challenges.
