We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.
The Global Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing operational support to our sales team across different regions worldwide.
Sales Tools Management
- Administer and improve CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Train sales team members on system updates and best practices.
- Generate and maintain regular sales reports (pipeline, forecasts, KPIs).
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Optimize and maintain sales processes and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity in CRM and related systems.
- Support sales forecasting efforts.
- Help in territory planning and target allocation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
Experience working with sales teams across different regions and cultures
Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Financial orientation
English and Hebrew – Fluent
Hybrid: 4 days from the office. 1 day from home
Location: Modi'in
Starting as a temporary position, with potential for a permanent position.
