HR Operations Specialist – NVIDIA (via HR Home): Hybrid in Yokneam

Join our customer's HR Business Partner team as an HR Operations Specialist, managing HR data and processes for the Israeli region. Responsibilities include maintaining employee data via HRIS (preferably Workday), supporting HR workflows, ensuring policy compliance, and providing reports and operational support. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, data accuracy, and a strong focus on employee experience.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience or similar.

Good Workday best practices and experience.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Fluent in Hebrew and English

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with data privacy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Hybrid in Yokneam
