Security Researcher

A successful startup company developing a breakthrough product in the field of defensive cybersecurity, focused on securing files and communication networks.

They are looking for a Security Researcher to join their research team.

The role involves working on malware-related challenges and protecting the company’s clients from malicious hacker attacks. Additionally, it includes researching hacking tactics, discovering new detection mechanisms, and integrating and implementing these findings into the company’s autonomous defense platform to provide an additional security layer for clients.

The office is located in Azrieli, Tel Aviv (train line), with a hybrid work model allowing 2-3 days remote work per week.

The company employs approximately 220 people.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of experience in cyber security research.
• Hands-On Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit or other.
• Hands-on experience in software development and debugging – C, C++, Python.
• Good understanding of Windows internals.
• Knowledge of networking and Internet protocols.
• Experience with static and dynamic analysis as well as applying reverse engineering techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field – an advantage.
