Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager & System Administrator located in Tirat HaCarmel. The Technical Manager & System Administrator will oversee day-to-day technical support, manage a team of IT professionals, and coordinate research and development (R&D) activities. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring system efficiency, and troubleshooting technical issues to support organizational goals.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of proven experience with:

• Network infrastructure: switches, Firewalls, VLANs
• Configuration and installation of ARUBA / HP / FORTINET products
• Installation and maintenance of Microsoft servers
• Storage and virtualization systems: Hyper-V, VMware, HCI solutions
• Backup & replication tools (especially Veeam)
• Exchange and Office 365
• Office 365 implementation: planning, migration, security products (Intune, Defender, etc.)

• Analytical Skills and ability to solve complex technical issues
• Experience in Team Management and leading technical teams
• Project Management skills to coordinate and execute technical projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Full-time: Sunday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00
