At Bayer, we are looking for a Red Team Operator to join our offensive security team in Israel. You’ll play a critical role in simulating advanced threats, challenging assumptions, and exposing the blind spots in our defenses.

This is your chance to go beyond routine pentests—executing full-scope, objective-based operations that mimic real adversaries.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Plan & Execute Red Team Operations: Lead full-scope engagements—initial access, C2, evasion, lateral movement, and objective execution.

🔹 Develop Custom Tooling: Build or adapt offensive tools and infrastructure to support stealthy, effective campaigns.

🔹 Advance Evasion Techniques: Research and implement techniques to bypass detection, elevate stealth, and defeat modern defense stacks.

🔹 Collaborate with Blue & Purple Teams: Work closely with defenders to evaluate detection coverage and drive real-world readiness.

🔹 Push Security Research: Track and incorporate emerging TTPs into operations to emulate evolving threat actors.

What You'll Bring:

✔ Education: Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science—or equivalent practical experience.

✔ Experience: 3+ years in offensive security, with proven hands-on red team or advanced penetration testing experience.

✔ Certifications: Relevant practical certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, or similar.

✔ Framework Expertise: Deep familiarity with adversary frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and real-world threat modeling.

✔ Soft Skills: Independent operator mindset, clear communicator, and comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with creativity and precision.
