Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kfar Saba for a FullStack Team Lead. The FullStack Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing projects, and overseeing the full stack development process. Daily tasks include coding, code reviews, project planning, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Full stack development, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Project Management: Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Additional Qualifications: Experience in the tech industry, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Role Overview:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3 developers and one QA specialist.

- Technical Experience: 

 - Strong expertise in Node.js is essential.

 - Proficiency in React is a plus; experience with Angular can substitute.

 - Experience with legacy C# code is crucial; you don’t need to be an expert, but familiarity and willingness to engage with it are necessary.

- Management Skills: At least 4 years of managerial experience, with the role split into 60% management and 40% hands-on development.

- Work Arrangement: Primarily from our office, with one day a week remote.
