We’re looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team and provide internal support for employees. among the job responsibilities are troubleshooting malfunctions, preparing and installing client PCs\Laptops, configuring mobile phones and more.
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting OS and applications issues
· Mobile devices configuration (iOS, Android)
· Deploy workstations and Laptops for new employees
· PC and Mac hardware, Printers, computer peripherals
· Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP
Skills & Experience:
· Up to 2 years of experience in a similar position
· Deep knowledge in Windows 10/11 OS
· Excellent understanding of PC related hardware
· Familiarity with TCP\IP
· experience with network equipment (modems, routers)
· Knowledge in Office 365 – an advantage
· Knowledge in IOS and Linux – an advantage
· Experience with Active Directory – an advantage
· Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
· Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
