Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an excellent Automation SW QA to join our team in Israel.

The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
• Create and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases for automation and manual testing.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to streamline the testing process.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for both automated and manual testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Job Requirements:

Education: QA course from a leading establishment / ISTQB certification /a scientific degree.

Job skills:

• 3–5 years of proven work experience as an Automation SW QA or in a similar QA role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Experience in manual test case creation and execution.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with embedded systems and development for medical devices is a significant advantage.
