PPC & Media Buyer

We're seeking a results-oriented PPC & Media Buyer to lead and optimize our paid acquisition efforts across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing. This role supports both B2B and B2C funnels and requires a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in managing campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will also bring a solid understanding of affiliate marketing, and be fluent in working with HubSpot, Salesforce, and performance analytics.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and internal dashboards.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive growth and maximize ROI.
• Implement accurate tracking for campaigns and conversion events (e.g., UTM tagging, audience segmentation, lead scoring).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ads and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to continually improve performance.
• Support and optimize affiliate campaigns; build strong relationships with affiliate partners to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver clear, insightful performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in paid media and affiliate marketing.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in SaaS or tech marketing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Bing, including ABM strategies.
• Proven track record managing high-scale B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, particularly for campaign tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing and partner performance tracking.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
