ST Engineering Telematics Wireless, with 30 years of experience in wireless communication and revolutionary technology for smart cities, is looking for an HR Coordinator for a maternity leave replacement for a period of 8 months.

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Holon (One day a week from home)

• Recruitment that delivers results: Work with recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, and social networks.
• Working with people: Supporting employees throughout their lifecycle in the organization, from onboarding to termination. Training, attendance management, and welfare activities that foster a positive atmosphere.
• Manager support: Working closely with the CFO and HR Director, and handling administrative tasks that add significant value.
• Ongoing communication with the parent company in Singapore: Working with the Singapore office, including preparing reports, meetings, learning, and coordinating activities based on business needs.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Behavioral Sciences – If you have it, great (but if not, don’t worry, we still want to hear from you)!
• High-level English – this is a must! (emails, reports, Teams)
• Experience in recruiting for tech roles – this is very important to us!
• Full proficiency in Office (including high-level Excel)
• Experience working in a large organization (preferably corporate)
• Experience with HILAN software – significant advantage.
• Knowledge of labor law – required.
