xfunnel.ai is a leading startup helping companies improve how they appear on AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s Gemini. Our customers turn AI‑search visibility into growth, and great content sits at the center of that success. As Head of Content Marketing, you will design and run the content engine that powers our clients’ visibility and our own brand footprint.

Reports to: CPO / Co‑Founder

• Own the strategy. Define the content roadmap for xfunnel.ai and provide strategic direction for 5–10 client accounts.
• Build the machine. Set up and refine editorial calendars, workflows, and tooling so ideas move smoothly from brief to publish.
• Optimize for AI search. Use our platform’s data (plus external sources) to spot high‑impact topics and formats that win in AI and traditional search results.
• Measure & iterate. Track traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs; report wins and gaps, then adjust the plan.
• Feed insights back to product. Package recurring content needs and AI‑search trends into feature requests and playbooks for the engineering team.

• 5+ years leading content marketing at a SaaS, tech, or high‑growth agency.
• Proven record of scaling organic traffic and lead flow through content.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging AI‑search ranking factors.
• Skilled at turning data into clear content briefs and concise stakeholder updates.
• Comfortable managing creators, giving feedback, and keeping projects on schedule.
• Native‑level English; you’ll work with US‑based clients and audiences daily.

• Experience with AI/LLM‑assisted content creation or search analytics.
• Background in programmatic SEO or large‑scale content operations.
• Product‑led growth or product‑marketing experience.

• Direct impact on the growth curves of innovative B2B & B2C brands.
