Key Responsibilities

●     Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking to support data-driven decision-making.

●     Monitor ARR/MRR growth, renewal rates, and expansion revenue trends to drive retention and upsell strategies.

●     Build predictive revenue models for leadership and finance teams, improving visibility and planning.

●     Ensure full-funnel analytics, covering acquisition, pipeline progression, and customer retention.

●     Partner with finance to refine revenue modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.

●     Improve sales funnel performance and handoff processes by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

●     Deliver data-driven insights on sales performance, win/loss trends, and pipeline health.

Requirements

●     2- 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations within a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS.

●     Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to revenue growth.

●     Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and revenue forecasting.

●     Experience with CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Excel).

●     Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

●     Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

●     Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.

●     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
