User Experience Designer

We are looking for a designer to define and build user-friendly interfaces for complex systems. The job includes working on wireframes, creating prototypes, and improving interfaces based on customer requirements and user feedback, while working in close cooperation with a team of engineers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and characterizing user interfaces based on system and customer requirements
• Building a comprehensive operating concept and an initial concept and approving it
• Designing the UI and creating advanced interfaces according to system requirements
• Implementing the UI and working as part of the systems engineering team with the development and product teams
• Designing and maintaining the system design

Requirements

• Relevant degree/course in the fields of design, visual communication or equivalent
• Proven experience in UI/UX design – at least one year of experience in field
• Proficiency and experience in Figma and Adobe software programs
• Portfolio showing significant experience in designing complex systems
• Creative thinking, broad perspective, problem solving, and ability to learn independently
• Experience working within an engineering team while interfacing with developers
• Experience with military/defense systems – an advantage
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum – an advantage
