User Experience Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help the team create simple user interfaces and design interactions that make complex tasks easy in our web-based and mobile applications.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

B.A. degree or equivalent training/professional work experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Academic or Professional courses in Graphic Design/User Experience Design.
• 2 + years of experience working in mobile design, web design, information architecture, user research, or similar fields.
• 2 + years of experience working with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to understand and apply analytics and usage data to inform the design process.
• It would be great if you also had . . .
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - an advantage.
• Experience integrating user-centered design practices with an agile development approach.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and validation methods is an advantage.
• Usability testing experience.
  
  

What will you be doing in this role?

• Work closely with Product Managers and R&D to understand the customer needs and product requirements.
• Conduct user research and apply user-centered design best practices to create and validate designs that meet user needs.
• Develop design renderings/wireframes defining the user interface form, navigation, interaction, and screen design across multiple devices.
• Create high and low-fidelity prototypes to support rapid design iteration and user testing.
• Work closely with the UI developers to define and apply consistent styles and interaction patterns.
  
  

About The Team

The team consists of 5 UX designers and a team leader.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, we work in a hybrid mode.

This is a full-time position.
