Dcoya, a leading company in the Cyber security industry, is looking for a motivated Customer Success to implement, manage and support the company's products to customers in Israel and abroad.

Qualifications:

· Strong customer service focus.

· Superb attention to detail and problem-solving.

· Experience in training customers on products and services.

· Understanding of project management.

· Fluent Hebrew and English (reading, writing and speaking).

Skills:

· Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS

· IT proficient (particularly Excel)
