General Motors Israel (Herzelia) takes a significant part in shaping the autonomous vehicle. We shape the face of the future vehicles in diverse fields by developing cutting edge technologies.

GM Israel takes a significant part in transforming traditional cars into software-defined vehicles (SDV).

SDV – ‘Software Defined Vehicle’ is a new group that is developing vehicle intelligence platform whose features and functions are primarily enabled through software. This is a significant part of the ongoing transformation of vehicles from being mainly hardware-based to a software-centric electronic device on wheels. The SDV teams are supporting the definition, design, and development of continuously improving mobility service.

GM SDV team defines Ultifi, an “end-to-end” software architecture designed to facilitate software-driven features and functionality to continually adaptable to consumer wishes, emphasizing security and safety as one of its primary objectives.

What will you do:

• Design and Develop Tests script and test automation framework using different SW programs (mainly python but not only)
• Manual execution of test plans which are validating various software and algorithm applications developed in house and that integrated into GM electrical and autonomous vehicles.
• Root causing of founded defects and execution of performance analysis.
• Maintenance and development of different testing capabilities also design sophisticated test setups to improve execution robustness.
• Improve testing and regression efficiency by adding unique automation features

• B.Sc. In Electronic or Computer engineering
• Over 2 years of experience in SW QA testing and SW features integration running on complex vehicle systems.
• System understanding for deeper investigation of founded defects.
• Creative tests cases writing and out-of-the-box thinking
• Self-Fast-Learner, Responsible, Great communicational skills, team player, and details-driven character
• Excellent English skill both written and verbally
