Data Scientist – Focus on Healthcare and Generative AI

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team in the healthcare domain. This role involves developing and deploying data science solutions using both tabular and textual data, with a strong emphasis on machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data science projects: define business problems, explore data, develop models, and deploy to production.
Perform advanced analytics and extract business insights by defining and analyzing KPIs.
Develop and implement ML and NLP models, including Generative AI applications.
Process and analyze text data from diverse medical sources.
Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and healthcare domain experts.
Utilize Big Data technologies and tools such as Spark, Kafka, and Elastic.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience developing DS/ML models with structured/tabular data – required
Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL – required
Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI – required
Substantial experience working with text data and NLP – required
Experience deploying models to production, including familiarity with development/QA/production environments – required
Experience with Spark – an advantage
Experience with Elastic or Kafka – an advantage
Master’s degree in a relevant field – an advantage
