About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Finance Manager to lead all financial aspects of the company. This role combines day-to-day financial operations with high-level strategic planning and requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and business performance management. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and business-oriented CPA with a proven track record in managing finance in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s entire financial operations, including budgeting across departments, cash flow planning, payroll, and ongoing financial control and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure financial visibility and accuracy across the organization.
• Oversee and improve project-level profitability tracking, particularly within time-based or project-based revenue models, while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.
• Act as a key strategic partner to the executive team (C-level), providing clear financial insights, managing internal and outsourced finance teams, and aligning finance operations with overall company objectives.
• Handling essential back-office tasks such as invoice approvals, payroll review, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a finance manager
• Proven experience managing company revenue of 50M ILS or more annually
• CPA certification – mandatory
• Experience working directly with executive leadership (C-level)
• Prior experience in service companies or SaaS companies – preferred
• Strong understanding of revenue models based on billable hours or project-based billing – preferred
• Experience managing both in-house finance staff and outsourced teams
• Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset
• Experience in payroll processing and compliance
