Event Coordinator

We are looking for a full time Event Coordinator to join our Conference & Exhibitions Department!

Our Conference & Exhibition department continues to grow, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to join the team.

Full- time position.

What You’ll Do

●      You will work closely with our top producers, plan and execute all scales of conferences and exhibitions, according to a strategic plan, Gantt chart and client’s needs.

●      Manage event sponsors, be the main point of contact for sponsorship matters.

●      Maintain event budgets.

●      Manage all event operations and schedules.

●      Research vendors and choose the best combination quality and cost.

●      Do final checks at the day of the event, to ensure everything meets standards.

●      Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.

●      Know our client’s, keep a strong relationship with the point of contact, not only around specific events.

Who You Are

●      You have at least 1 year experience in event production, as an event coordinator or similar roles.

●      You’re highly passionate about events, event production, conferences, and exhibitions.

●      Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and must be easily approachable.

●      Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, good time-management.

●      Team-player, positive energies, can-do attitude, confident and willing to deal with problems and challenges.

●      Fluent English.

●      Excellent excel skills.
