Project Quality Manager

We are looking for a Project Quality Manager to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as a senior partner on the project team, responsible for all quality-related aspects throughout the development, testing, production, delivery, and customer support stages.
• Participate in design reviews, define quality requirements at all project levels, and monitor their implementation.
• Take part in design validation and system qualification processes.
• Lead quality activities during manufacturing and integration processes at Israel Aerospace Industries and with subcontractors.
• Respond to RFPs, prepare quality plans (QAP), write qualification specifications and test specifications, and lead investigations.
• Coordinate matrix disciplines related to quality, reliability, environmental testing, and design safety.
• Lead continuous improvement processes across various areas of activity.
• Act as the point of contact for customer quality management representatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Materials Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer, working with customers and subcontractors locally and/or internationally – mandatory.
• Strong command of English (spoken, read, and written)
• Familiarity with AS9100D standard and its implementation in military systems – advantage.
• Master’s degree in Quality Assurance and Reliability and/or certifications such as CRE, CQE, or CMQ – advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) – advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad
