QA Automation Team Lead

A startup company with an innovative location-tracking product based on both software and hardware.

The company has large, paying customers and has been operating since 2016. It currently employs around 40 people.

The offices are located in Herzliya, with a hybrid model that includes one day of remote work.

About the role

• Be a part of transforming global supply chains by contributing to the development of the company’s next generation of asset intelligence solutions
• Lead the QA team responsible for both web platform testing and full-system testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Write and maintain well-designed automated and manual tests to ensure reliable, performance and scalability of the products, following industry best practices
• Integrate company-wide QA processes and best practices, fostering a culture of quality across the organization
• Work with the latest technologies in web development and cloud technologies
• Continuously aspire for improvement in our customer experience and services, and impact the excellence of the entire organization

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience in QA Automation (mandatory), with a strong understanding of test automation practices.
• Proven experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress (Experience with Playwright is a strong advantage).
• Experience with unit automation testing tools such as Jest, Mocha Chai, and Sinon.
• Experience with API Testing.
• C# and .net experience with unit testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Mobile App testing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex testing challenges.
• Leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• A passion for quality assurance, with hands-on approach.
