StarkWare is a leading startup in the blockchain domain, based in Poleg, Netanya. We’re on the hunt for a bright, energetic, and highly organized Travel Coordinator & Executive Assistant
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator & Executive Assistant to join our team for a temporary position of approximately 3 to 4 months. This role combines the responsibility of managing all company travel logistics with direct support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s travel system, including Combtas
- Approve travel requests in accordance with the company travel policy
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for employees and executives, including conference travel
- Support end-to-end logistics and documentation for company travel
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and scheduling
- Provide ongoing administrative support to executive-level management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate travel coordination
- Advantage: Experience in executive calendar management
- High-level English - written and spoken
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to extend the contract for an additional period, if required
