We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team and lay the foundation for a truly data-driven product culture.

What will you do

• Own and deliver client-facing insights: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customized dashboards and reports for Flymingo’s clients. This includes exploring operational data, writing MongoDB (MQL) queries, analyzing unique data points, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights that deliver value to our customers.
• Lead product analytics across Flymingo: You will take full ownership of product analytics, helping the team understand how users interact with the platform. Your work will guide product decisions by highlighting usage patterns, identifying friction points, and uncovering areas for improvement.
• Build and manage internal performance dashboards: You will create and maintain dashboards that track Flymingo’s key performance indicators, especially those related to AI engine performance and user engagement. Your insights will help the product and leadership teams evaluate progress toward company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI researchers, and Customer Success teams to identify important questions, analyze relevant data, and turn insights into product improvements and strategic recommendations.
• Build analytics infrastructure from scratch: This is a foundational role. You will have the opportunity to shape the analytics function at Flymingo by selecting the right tools, creating scalable reporting systems, and designing frameworks that support both internal and client-facing needs.

What you bring

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience with MongoDB Query Language (MQL), with ability to independently write and troubleshoot advanced queries.
• Experience with product and BI analytics tools like Metabase, Amplitude, or similar,  and a desire to build an insights stack that scales.
• Ability to think like a PM: You understand product goals and business context, and can frame analysis to drive product decisions.
• A strong mix of analytical rigor and creativity: You can interpret complex datasets but also know which questions to ask and how to visualize your findings effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in turning data into narrative, especially for stakeholders who may not be data-savvy.
• Experience or interest in supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations is a strong plus.
