Full Stack Engineer

A startup company specializing in the development of a software platform for managing and optimizing vehicle fleets and travel routes.

The platform leverages AI technologies and advanced algorithms to plan and monitor vehicle movement in real-time, aiming to increase revenue, reduce operational costs, and improve customer service.

The company is part of the global Renault Group (acquired in 2024) and works with a variety of international clients alongside innovative projects within Renault.

The company’s offices are located in the Bar-Lev Industrial Park, near Ahihud train station (Misgav area). On-site work only.

Responsibilities-

• Design and develop high-performance, distributed systems.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop reusable React components and ensure consistent user experiences.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance to ensure system quality and stability.
• Work with containerized environments for streamlined deployment.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES2015+)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems at scale
• Experience troubleshooting production issues, investigating system logs, and ensuring system stability in live environments
• Track record of writing testable, maintainable code, including unit and end-to-end tests
• Effective communicator and team player in cross-functional environments
