We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a specialized software for cell classification from multiplexed images.
This role oFers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and biomedical research in a highly collaborative and ynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and maintain a high-performance software for biological image analysis.
o Implement new functionalities, features and pipelines, write tests, and optimize performance to ensure robustness and scalability.
o Design and implement workflows for seamless deployment across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux ).
o Address user feedback, including feature requests, bug fixes, and user support

Requirements:
o B.Sc. in Computer Science, software engineering or related field.
o 3+ years of experience in Python development.
o 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack software engineer.
o Background in AI, Machine Learning or biological image analysis.
o Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques, particularly in image rendering, GPU acceleration, and eFicient data processing (a significant advantage)
o Familiarity with PyQt, OpenCV, and pandas (a plus).
