Clinical Operations Specialist

Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device company pioneering innovative cardiovascular solutions, is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist as a member of the Clinical-Regulatory Department. 100% position at the office in Rehovot and availability for occasional traveling in Israel and abroad.

Responsibilities

Daily coordination and support of all clinical studies conducted by Pi-Carida globally. Main activities include:

• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with CROs, core labs, and other vendors.
• Support the preparation and submission of global clinical study applications.
• Collect and maintain documentation from study sites, CROs, and external partners.
• Manage clinical tracking tools.
• Contribute to the writing, editing, and review of clinical documents.
• Support the setup of new studies and new sites.
• Monitor the progress of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform on-site monitoring visits for selected sites.
• Participate in the maintenance of clinical SOPs and departmental plans.
• Support audit and inspection readiness activities
• Manage administrative aspects such as contracts, insurance, payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a life sciences, medical, or healthcare-related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a CRA in a medical device company.
• Strong organizational skills and a good team player.
• High attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Microsoft Excel and PPT.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
