Project Manager (PM), Information Systems Team (Global Company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global, cross-functional Information Systems projects end-to-end
• Analyze, design, and drive business processes across departments, translating them into technological solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Work closely with international stakeholders including IT, development teams, vendors, and business units
• Manage, develop, and maintain systems such as Monday and JIRA (including dashboards and workflows)
• Design and implement complex automations and system integrations (e.g., Fillout, Make, and similar tools)
• Manage user permissions and drive organizational standardization in Information Systems
• Identify, initiate, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives
• Lead system implementations and user training across a global organization
• Monitor and control project progress, including risk management and reporting to local and global management
• Provide ongoing technical support to end users בהתאם to business needs
• Initiate and implement AI-based solutions to enhance and optimize business processes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within Information Systems / technology
• Experience working in a global environment and leading cross-organizational projects – a strong advantage
• Proven experience working with Monday – Must
• Experience with JIRA, including workflow and dashboard management
• Strong technological understanding (systems, integrations, automations, etc.)
• Experience implementing automation and integration tools (e.g., Make, Fillout, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) – Must
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
