Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for developing and implementing the company's sales strategy and leading the sales organization to achieve growth targets.
- Management, leadership, and motivation of sales teams, including area/product managers, technical sales engineers, and inside sales (back office).
- Managing the strategic and professional relationship with represented companies, maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Personal involvement with sales staff in significant deals, providing support and assistance in closing large and complex transactions.
- Responsibility for mentoring, training, and professional/technical enrichment of sales staff, including the development of customized training programs.
- Recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new employees to the sales team, creating a positive and growth-oriented organizational culture.
- Responsibility for developing new incentive models.
- Building accurate sales forecasts and managing the sales budget.
- Proven managerial experience of at least 8 years in managing complex sales to the local market, including managing large and diverse teams.
- Significant and comprehensive experience in selling technical products, with a deep understanding of long and complex sales cycles.
- Proven marketing skills and business experience, including market analysis and understanding, strategic customer management, and leading winning sales proposals - a must.
- In-depth budgetary understanding and proven experience in managing resources and large projects, while meeting financial targets.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to represent the company to customers in Israel and abroad at the highest level.
- Extensive experience working with CRM and BI systems, including the ability to analyze data and extract business insights.
- Deep familiarity with the industrial world, understanding customer needs and competitors.
- Full command of the English language, including the ability to conduct business negotiations and manage routine communication.
- Relevant academic degree from the fields of engineering/management - mandatory, a master's degree is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of service awareness, the ability to work in a team, and a positive influence on the environment.
- Ability to develop long-term partnerships.
