Responsibilities
- Supporting Strategic Initiatives: Assist with key company projects, working alongside the CEO and team.
- Facilitating Communication: Help coordinate communication between departments.
- Assisting with Stakeholder Management: Support communication with legal, finance, and external partners.
- Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, payments, and expense management.
- System Maintenance: Help maintain and update internal systems (CRMs, dashboards).
- Document Management: Assist with the review and organization of contracts and legal documents.
- Report Preparation: Help prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Ensuring Office Efficiency: Assist with basic office needs, events, and onboarding.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or startup environment (internships count!).
- Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a team.
