- Run High-Impact Campaigns: Manage & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, & Snapchat.
- Decode Data for Performance: Extract insights to optimize KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Fuel Growth with Testing: Implement A/B & multivariate testing strategies.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Leverage emerging opportunities & new technologies.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with creative, analytics, & product teams.
- Maximize the Budget: Oversee budget allocation for optimal ROI.
Requirements:
- 4+ Years UA Expertise: Proven track record driving significant growth.
- Global Campaign Experience: Managed high-budget campaigns for global brands.
- Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, & Snapchat.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication: Able to convey complex data insights.
- English Fluency: High-level written & spoken English.
- Agile Advantage: Experience with agile methodologies.
