Customer Success Manager
I-Next Data, the revolutionary data science center of Tel Aviv Medical Center,is looking for Customer Success Manager to join our unique A-team.
Our center builds AI models and develops innovative data solutions that support doctors, and the entire medicalteams across Ichilovdepartments, in making real-life decisions using EMR data, imaging data, and data driven decisions.
We collaborate with top global medical organizations and digital health companies, working directly with scientists, physicians and researchers to optimize the data and analysis based decisions where it really matters.

As a *Customer Success*, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a key role in executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for both existing and potential clients. You will ensure our customers are set up for success, receive ongoing value, and have a positive experience with our products.
You will be responsible for four main areas:
1. *Onboarding*
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, train them on our product suite, and ensure a smooth and successful setup.
2. *Retention*
Proactively support existing customers to maximize product value, resolve issues, and prevent churn by identifying and closing any experience or knowledge gaps.
3. *Enablement*
Develop and manage enablement initiatives for current customers, helping them adopt and benefit from new features and functionalities.
4. *Needs Identification*
Actively listen and gather feedback to identify emerging customer needs, and relay insights to the product team to influence future roadmap decisions.
*Qualifications:*
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Customer Service
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
- Experience in the HealthTech industry is a strong advantage
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
