IT System - Help Desk (Karmiel)

We're looking for a hands-on, service-oriented System- Help Desk Support technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping users, solving technical issues, and supporting critical infrastructure — we want to hear from you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Providing end-user support and troubleshooting (Help Desk)
• Handling hardware, software, and network issues
• Managing service tickets and documenting incidents

System Installations & Maintenance:

• Installing OS, applications, and drivers
• Performing hardware/software upgrades
• Preparing workstations for new employees

User and Access Management:

• Managing user accounts (Active Directory, Exchange/365)
• Administering permissions and group policies

End-User Equipment Support:

• Maintaining printers, scanners, phones, and monitors
• Managing IT inventory

Basic Infrastructure Support:

• Monitoring server and network health
• Providing first-level support for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
• Working with external IT vendors

Basic Info security Operations:

• Applying updates and maintaining endpoint security systems
