Job Title: Head of Channels
Location: Yokneam Ilit, Israel
Reports To: CBO- Chief Business Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Channels to lead and expand our global network of distributors and partners. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving indirect sales, fostering deep relationships with channel partners, and ensuring alignment between partner goals and company objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all distributor engagements and own the execution of channel training, enablement, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure channel performance and ROI.
- Partner Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all global and regional distributors and partners.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, and performance reviews of distributors.
- Training & Enablement
- Ensure all partners are fully trained on product offerings, value proposition, and sales processes.
- Develop and deliver channel-specific training programs and sales tools.
- Business Planning & Alignment
- Co-develop annual business plans with each partner, including targets, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.
- Ensure alignment between partner activities and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support).
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs and market feedback are communicated and addressed.
- Facilitate smooth execution of joint go-to-market plans and campaigns.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay current on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights to guide executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in a technology or industrial B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling distributor/partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with partner training, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution ability.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
