A innovative scale-up in the Cyber Security and Fraud Detection spaces is looking for a Backend Team Leader to join and lead a team building cutting-edge solutions that secures the entire payment process using sophisticated threat detection.

As Backend Team Lead, you’ll work closely with R+D leadership to design, architect, and scale backend systems with autonomy to shape your team and technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of backend developers
• Build scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions
• Mentor, hire, and onboard top-tier developers as the company scales
• Drive design and execution of backend systems using Python/Golang
• Work with modern infrastructure: Kubernetes, CI/CD, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack, AWS

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience leading backend teams
• 6+ years in backend development - professional experience
• Deep Python (or Golang) experience & microservices architecture knowledge
• Experience designing and running scalable systems in production
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud practices
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
