Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position, taking place at our customer's office in Tel Aviv. The QA will be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance testing of enterprise software systems and web products. The role includes end-to-end software testing, from requirement analysis to bug reporting, designing test scenarios, executing manual and automated tests, working closely with development, product, and infrastructure teams, and maintaining high quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Your Role

• Reading, understanding, and analyzing specification documents (Functional / Technical) and deriving test scenarios.
• Writing test documents: STP (Test Plan), STD (Test Scenarios), STR (Test Results Report).
• Performing functional tests, regression testing, UI and UX testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Logging bugs and reporting issues accurately, tracking defect resolution, and performing retesting.
• Working in an Agile environment – participating in status meetings, sprints, and writing tests according to User Stories.
• Close collaboration with developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and customers.

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing, focusing on web systems (management systems, websites, internal organizational systems).
• Proven experience in writing test documentation (STP, STD, STR).
• Proficiency in using bug tracking systems (such as Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working with development teams and product managers.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and proactive mindset.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze technical and functional specifications.

Strong Advantages:

• Knowledge of SQL – writing queries for testing against databases.
• Experience with Postman and ability to test APIs based on Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Experience in automated testing – Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent tools (even at a basic level).
• Understanding of CI/CD environments – testing as part of deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with ERP / CRM / BI systems – an advantage.
