Operational Manager, Programmatic In-App Advertising

ProgrammaticX has created a more efficient and privacy-focused way to buy and monetize In App advertising. ProgrammaticX is an ecosystem of demand and supply technologies fusing data, media, and technology together to deliver results and growth to both advertisers and publishers in a high scale.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional with great human relations’ skills, and a highly tech orientation, to join the Ad Operations team of the ProgrammaticX Platform.

The candidate will communicate and collaborate with both internal and external clients, as well as act according to data-driven insights.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee the clients’ success and growth, while managing ongoing activity, as well as exploring and developing new business-opportunities with existing partners.

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our central Ad Ops team, supporting both demand and supply sides of the business.

The role includes:

• Tracking daily activity, analysis, monitoring, optimizing, and improving programmatic campaigns
• Utilizing analytic tools, to track performance and identify trends
• New partners integration
• Customer service: managing various sales efforts within existing clients, in order to meet and achieve company goals’ monetization KPI's
• Initiating and leading strategic projects (/operational developments) in front of internal divisions – R&D, Product, Finance, Sales
• Executing in a fast-paced, constantly changing, team environment

General characteristics required for the position:

• Mandatory: at least 1 year of Programmatic Advertising experience
• Deep understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem
• Strong analytical skills, using Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Ad Tech integrations and custom-solutions, highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, B.A., or a related field
