Fullstack Team Lead

We're looking for a talented and motivated Fullstack Team Lead to lead the team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable software solutions
• Develop, test, and maintain C# .NET applications using Angular or React frameworks
• Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using MSSQL
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development
• Proficiency in Angular or React for modern front-end development
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL database design, queries, and performance optimization
• Experience with .NET Core for building scalable, high-performance applications
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
