We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Support Team Leader to join our internal IT operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about service excellence, and knows how to lead people and processes to success.

Role Overview:

As a Support Team Lead, you will manage a technical support team providing high-level service to internal users. You'll oversee daily operations, coach team members, ensure SLA adherence, and lead process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring a support team
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Supervising helpdesk operations and handling complex cases
• Driving service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Analyzing performance reports and implementing improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Leading internal IT service projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing technical support or helpdesk teams
• Strong technical background in IT systems and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency
• Hands-on experience with service platforms (e.g., SysAid, Jira, ServiceNow)
• Fluent Hebrew and English
