Your Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with various operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution.
• Serve as the key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, driving timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and oversee smooth onboarding.
• Oversee benefits administration and other HR-related operations.
• Collaborate with global teams, requiring flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones.

What You Bring

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Full proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience working in a startup environment and thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing workplace.
• Experience in HR operations is a plus.
