Social Media & Community Manager

We're Looking for a Freelance Community Manager!

You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our community on YouTube. From running polls and Q&As to spotting trends early, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audience.

About us:

Name-TBD (stealth mode) is a next-gen animation studio specializing in ideating, scripting, and generating short-form animated content at scale. We combine human creativity with algorithmic tools to optimize storytelling and automate production. The company is backed by top-tier VCs and angels.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and grow our community, with a strong focus on YouTube (Community tab, comments, live chat) 
• Create and run polls, Q&As, sneak peeks, and other interactive community content
• Track trends using Reddit, Google Trends, and other tools
• Share community feedback and insights with internal teams (creative, content, product)
• Help shape our content and engagement strategy to boost retention and interaction
• Occasionally assist with publishing content (e.g. Shorts, Spotify, TikTok uploads)

What we're looking for:

• Native-level English (spoken and written) - must
• Professional working proficiency in Hebrew 
• Experience managing social communities for at least one of the following: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
• Strong grasp of what engages audiences online
• Independent, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving team
• Passionate about internet culture and content

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with YouTube communities
• Reddit savvy user
• Background in gaming, content creation, or Discord community management
