Location: Tel Aviv (Near train station)

Responsibilities:
- Providing telephone and face-to-face service.
- Support and handle customer requests to increase retention rate
- Renewing contracts and expanding product offerings.
- Preparing quotes, managing, and retaining customer accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing business clients is essential.
- High interpersonal skills and experience in customer service are required.
- High Negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
- Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel.
