Engineerin Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead our embedded software development team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in embedded systems, a passion for technology, and strong leadership capabilities to drive innovative solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. An interest or background in the aerospace domain is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of embedded systems, leveraging deep technical expertise.
• Provide hands-on support when necessary, particularly in critical debugging and development efforts.
• Drive career development and performance management of team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing software developers.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Embedded Software Engineer.
• Solid experience with Linux operating systems, Linux Drivers, and System on Chip (SoC) platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in team settings and cross-functional projects.
• Passion for innovation, with a keen interest or experience in the aerospace sector.
