Quality Assurance Engineer

Startup company in the AI field developing a video platform that enables employees to create tutorial videos for internal apps, as part of the company’s knowledge base.

The product is a browser extension that records screen activity while users explain and demonstrate actions. The system—based on proprietary tech and OpenAI models—automatically analyzes and segments the video into actionable steps.

Founded in 2020, the company raised an additional $15M in February 2025, bringing total funding to $30M. It serves numerous Israeli tech clients and reported 4x revenue growth in the past year.

Based in Ramat Gan (near train and light rail), operating in a hybrid model (Sunday and Wednesday from home), with ~40 employees—half in R&D.

Job Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and writing test documentation
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working with test management tools - Jira, TestRail
• Experience with development tools, logs, and basic debugging techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
