Their platform automatically maps all tools and processes and applies an advanced security model across every relevant stage.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv near a train line, the company offers a hybrid work model. They currently employ 100 people globally, with 65 based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

Lead the front-end development efforts, working closely with the product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable frontend components and UI elements.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end components with the server-side infrastructure.
Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our front-end architecture and development processes.
Mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements-

5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in React and related frontend frameworks/libraries.
Familiarity with backend technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with backend engineers.
Collaborate with product designers to translate complex designs into responsive, high-quality, efficient front-end code.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
