User Acquisition Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Team Lead

What you will be doing:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering professional growth and strategic development
• Hands- on Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, Native, and more
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies, including smart behavior-based retargeting, advanced segmentation, and effective use of self-serve advertising platforms and Conversion APIs
• Own and continuously enhance the company’s advertising platforms and tools to increase campaign efficiency and client performance
• Analyze user data and campaign performance to extract actionable insights and identify growth opportunities

Your skills and experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with 1-2 years in team leadership roles — preferably in B2B2C or SaaS settings.
• Proven track record of managing high-scale media budgets and delivering measurable results in dynamic settings
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, driving collaboration, and inspiring cross-functional success
• Deep understanding of paid media and full-funnel digital acquisition strategy
• Expertise in advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI platforms), CRO practices, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical thinking paired with creative marketing intuition
• Bonus points for SEO knowledge, WordPress experience, and marketing copywriting skills
