Business Operations specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations specialist to join our team. As a Business Operations specialist, you will oversee all aspects of project planning and execution for internal and customer-related projects. Your primary focus will be to lead and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for the entire business team, while actively contributing to operational tasks to ensure successful project completion.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Actively participate in project planning and execution, ensuring successful completion by managing timelines, tasks, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
• Effectively prioritize and manage cases daily to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, while working closely with business management, overseeing tactical project operations, supporting the execution of prioritized initiatives, and escalating strategic decisions to the appropriate decision-makers to align with business goals.
• Gather requirements, design and configure solutions, oversee installation and integration processes, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Lead day-to-day business operations and processes, including tracking project tasks and optimizing manual workflows to accelerate execution.
• Implement customized solutions based on the company's offerings for both new and existing customers.
• Ensure the seamless handover of project operations post-delivery by either continuing to manage operations or assigning the responsibility to the appropriate person.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, including CSM, CS, Product, R&D, Procurement, and other business verticals, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant technical support to customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or an operational role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or working as an operations manager in a tech-driven, B2B, product-led company.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate issues end-to-end and dive into details when needed.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or working as an operations/project manager in a tech-driven, B2B, product-led company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google spreadsheets and Monday; familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
